隨機肽庫(Random Library)
設計工具
是序列優化必不可少的工具。隨機肽庫生成的特有序列有提升多肽活性的潛力。該類肽庫是利用"散彈槍"法,對選取的位點利用20種天然氨基酸進行隨機自發取代而得到的。
